Bookmark it: Costa and MSC Cruises have communicated that the 2020-21 season is confirmed in South America! The companies, which have spent the last few months making adjustments to the operations of their fleets on a global level, have announced that the ships will return to sea, with due safety and following all the necessary protocols.
Starting in November, the South American MSC season will feature the following ships: MSC Preziosa, MSC Seaview and MSC Music. Costa Cruises will bring two: Costa Luminosa and Costa Fascinosa. All will include itineraries within Brazil, Argentina and Uruguay, as well as will make available the crossings at the end of March and beginning of April, 2021, bound for the European season.
Costa Cruises has already a new feature: from this season on, it will be possible to hold weddings on board their ships! For now, the ceremonies will only be part of South America’s itineraries and already have special packages for those who wish to exchange vows on the high seas.
Within the next few days, we will receive all the safety and health protocols being prepared by the companies to serve the passengers. In a statement, MSC reported that its document is being completed in alliance with health authorities and medical specialists.
